The incumbent will be responsible for the last line of support and maintenance of various systems in the Enterprise Content Management environment, including but not limited to OnBase by Hyland, OpenText, Kofax, Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint. The incumbent will make sure various integrations are supported and maintained, keep up-to-date knowledge of functionalities, customization, and integration.What you'll do:
  • Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and document system requirements and specifications.
  • Provide support for system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Prepare user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Monitor and upgrade systems to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and document technical system processes and changes.

Qualifications:
  • Information Technology Degree/Diploma, or related f.
Skills:
  • Proven experience as a systems analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management and technical documentation.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance regulations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms.
  • Knowledge of specific industry-related tools or software.
