- Contact UK-based business customers via outbound calling campaigns.
- Identify customer needs and match them to Yells digital marketing solutions.
- Generate high-quality leads by securing qualified appointments for Yell's sales team.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including dial rate, talk time, and leads generated.
- Represent the Yell brand with professionalism, positivity, and clarity.
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound B2B lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting experience.
- Experience with UK clients is preferred.
- A stable recent work history and ideally currently contributing in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre reporting tools is advantageous.
