- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Process invoices, follow up on payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support annual audits.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning.
- Maintain accurate records between operational and finance systems.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial schedules.
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4) and a bookkeeping/accounting certificate.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software such as Pastel.
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (USD, ZMW, ZAR).
- Own vehicle and a valid Code B driver’s license.
- Reside in or near the Helderberg area.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
