R53 000 CTC Per MonthOur client in the manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced Maintenance Foreman to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure smooth running of production equipment, and support the maintenance team in achieving operational targetsMinimum requirements:
- Matric plus a Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related qualification
- 10 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role within maintenance
- Strong background in overseeing repair work, preventative maintenance, and team coordination
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with metal pressing machinery and exposure to the automotive manufacturing environment
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and reporting on maintenance activities
- Sound knowledge of equipment, facilities, and production machinery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
