- Leading, motivating, and training kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
- Maintaining kitchen organization, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef on menu planning and creative culinary offerings.
- Working flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
- Ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, multi-functional venue.
- Gross salary: R15,000 per month

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in high-volume hospitality or event settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and events.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Professionalism, reliability, and adaptability in a busy environment.
