What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee and optimise key operational elements of the payment gateway offering
  • Execute strategic projects that impact payments and client experience
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Monitor service performance and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Provide high-level support to customers and internal teams
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and elevate service
  • Keep clients informed through structured communication and updates
Requirements:
  • Finance or Legal Degree
  • 2+ years in accounting, finance, or similar field
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to troubleshooting
  • A passion for operations in a high-growth, tech-driven environment
