- Support patients through surgery, recovery, and aftercare
- Perform non-surgical hair treatments (PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling, etc.)
- Maintain sterile clinical environments and accurate patient records
- Coordinate bookings, follow-ups, and stock management
- Minimum 1-year hands-on FUE hair transplant experience (essential)
- Qualification in Somatology, Nursing, or Clinical Associate field
- Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
