- Relevant Tertiary Qualification – Diploma or Degree – Essential
- 10+ tears of executive experience in a high growth business(B2B2C, Fintech or Telecommunications)
- Strong commercial background
- Experience working with Exco, Founders & Investors (Private Equity or Venture Captial)
- Experience managing Cashflow and cost disciplines in resource-constrained businesses)
- Experience with field or distributed sales team
- Background in scaling digital platforms
- Entrepenurial
- Strategic leadership to set and communicate a clear 3-5 year vision to transition the company into a digital, scalable fintech platform
- Oversee all core operations including sales, payroll integration, customer experience, field force, partnerships and support services
- Operational execution & cost discipline
- Build a result oriented, high performance culture across all teams
- Expand product suite to include opt-in digital services
