- Matric
- Relevant qualification or degree advantageous
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in any industry, preferably FMCG
- Drive, energy and results oriented
- Ability to plan and organize
- Accountability and innovative thinking
- Formal presentation and communication ability
- Well organized
- Numeracy and technical aptitude
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently
- Plan fortnightly call schedules
- Plan sales calls
- Learn and apply client classifications
- Plan on building market share across all categories
- Build on and research product and industry knowledge
- Work on promotional activity as per guidelines required
- Build client relationships and ensure service effectiveness
- Submit weekly sales and ADAPT reports by the required deadline
- Proactively look for new business and market opportunities
- Manage sales administration and other duties as required
- Ensure deliveries are carried out to company standards
