Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their specific needs to provide customized technical solutions.
  • Must be able to do engineering calculations for conveyors, hoists, Agitators ect.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of Madacan Africa / Motovario Product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to align on strategies and client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, updates, and reports for management.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industrial geared motor industry and clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Results-driven and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSc Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
  • Familiarity with Variable speed drives, Electrical motors and industrial gearboxes
  • Experience in a similar field with proven sales track record
