What you will be doing:
  • Maintain accounting processes and ERP systems
  • Oversee financial reporting and monthly management accounts
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and FX risks
  • Ensure accurate intercompany transactions and reconcilliations
  • Support statutory audit planning and execution
  • Lead internal control procedures and ensure compliance with IFRS
  • Oversee tax compliance (direct, indirect, and payroll taxes)
  • Handle importation and customs reporting
  • Mentor and lead finance team members
  • Drive cost-saving strategies and process improvements
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, CA(SA) or CIMA qualification / SAIPA
  • 2-5 years' experience in finance, accounting, auditing, tax, or internal controls
  • Proficient in IFRS and internal controls
  • Experience with Sage Accounting software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
