A specialist agricultural advisory firm in Stellenbosch is looking for a Management Accountant – Agriculture to join their growing team. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility to work partially remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of agribusiness clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Provide insights and recommendations on agricultural financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices
- Support clients with funding applications, feasibility models, and business planning where needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CIMA / CGMA preferred; CA(SA) advantageous
- Experience in management or cost accounting; agricultural experience highly beneficial
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
