Worskhop Foreman

• Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Monitor workflow to ensure repairs are completed within set timelines.
• Perform quality checks to maintain high repair standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with estimators, parts department, and management to resolve challenges.
• Train, motivate, and lead staff to achieve workshop targets.
• Report on workshop performance, productivity, and efficiency.

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Trade Test Certificate (Panel Beating or Spray Painting will be an advantage).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Workshop Foreman / Supervisor in the motor industry (preferably in an auto body repair environment).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of body repair processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
