Job Summary
Minimum requirements for the role:
  • Must have a B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture or similar
  • Completion of the AVCASA/CropLife course is essential
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the area
  • Must have strong marketing orientation and skills
  • Background in plant physiology is advantageous
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Driving sales through proactive engagement and strategies.
  • Conducting regular visits to agents to maintain strong relationships.
  • Focusing on promoting company products to the relevant distributors.
  • Providing technical support to agents regarding product inquiries.
  • Coordinating product deliveries with head office.
  • Arranging and evaluating product trials.
  • Developing and implementing marketing-oriented strategies to boost sales.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborating with agents to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
