My client, a leading Property Development Company, is seeking an experienced Mall Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the full marketing function for prime retail centres across South Africa. This role is key to driving brand growth, tenant relations, community engagement, and creating exceptional customer experiences within each mall.📌 About the Role Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, Asset Manager, and General Manager, the Mall Marketing Manager will:

Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and budgets.
Manage brand positioning, advertising, PR, and communications.
Lead and supervise on-site marketing and information staff.
Plan, execute, and oversee events, promotions, and sponsorship programs.
Drive social media engagement and digital strategies.
Build strong tenant and community relations.
Ensure CSI initiatives are aligned with company strategy.
Provide detailed monthly reports and performance feedback to management.

🎯 Key Requirements

Degree in Marketing (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and event management (retail/mall experience advantageous).
Strong PR, social media, and communication skills.
Proven ability in budget management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Supervisory and leadership experience essential.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Creative, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
