Are you a detail-oriented junior accountant with a flair for systems and a passion for problem-solving?Join a dynamic head office environment where you’ll work closely with a national team, supporting franchisees, streamlining accounting processes, and gaining hands-on experience with cloud-based systems like Xero and SimplePay.What you’ll do:

Support national branches with accounting & payroll system migrations.
Standardise and optimise accounting processes.
Assist with implementing and monitoring a financial model for franchisees.
Troubleshoot queries and escalate issues when needed.
Collaborate with senior accountants and contribute to national projects.

What we’re looking for:

National/Higher Diploma in Accounting (essential).
1–2 years’ commercial accounting experience.
SAIPA articles (completed or in progress) would be a plus.
Strong IT and system skills, with exposure to Xero & SimplePay.
Excellent communication skills – Afrikaans fluency is essential.
A proactive, confident, and detail-driven team player
