  • Lead generation & cold calling Build and manage a strong pipeline
  • Convert prospects to customers Solution-selling approach
  • Deliver sales presentations Showcase EPX offerings effectively
  • Forecast & pipeline management Maintain consistent revenue flow
  • Onboarding and training new accounts Ensure smooth implementation
  • Monitor KPIs Track bad-debt, claims, service levels
Competitor analysis & pricing performance monitoring
  • Matric (Grade 12) Compulsory
  • Logistics qualification Advantageous
  • Sales-related qualification Advantageous
  • + years in new business sales Required
  • Proven sales track record Must demonstrate the ability to meet targets
Technical Competencies
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Required
  • CRM software Required (for pipeline tracking)
  • Parcel Perfect system Advantageous
Other Requirements
  • Valid drivers license & own transport Common for field roles (similar roles require this)
  • Ability to provide proof of commission earnings Required
