Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.
Oversee academic planning, staff development, and curriculum implementation.
Build strong partnerships with parents, the local community, and education authorities.
Ensure sound financial and operational management of the school.

Minimum Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification and registration with SACE.
At least 7 years of teaching experience, with 3+ years in school management or leadership.
Strong Christian morals and values
Proven ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and resilience.
A valid code 8 lisence with reliable vehicle
Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and community development.
