Job DescriptionJob Title:Legal Receptionist.Qualification:Matric / Relevant qualifications.Minimum Requirements:Previous experience as a Receptionist in a Law Firm.Provide a professional and welcoming first impression to clients, Attorneys, and other visitors.Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages and responding to routine inquiries.Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-presented, including managing the cleanliness and maintenance of the waiting area.Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings for Attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials as required.Short and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries, ensuring all items are delivered to the correct personnel.Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information and legal documents.Provide administrative support.Maintain filing systems.
