- Collaborate with the Executive: Revenue Assurance and senior managers to set roadmaps and workflows for all projects.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, templates, and standards.
- Provide regular status, risk, and resource updates to executives.
- Oversee and coordinate all projects across locations and customers.
- Establish project structures and teams after SLA sign-off.
- Ensure roles, responsibilities, and deadlines are clear and tracked.
- Conduct quarterly customer visits and attend monthly municipal meetings.
- Lead discussions to resolve misalignments and protect Cigicell’s interests.
- Produce accurate reports and dashboards for executives and clients.
- Analyse project performance and recommend improvements.
- Scope and allocate resources based on project needs and skills.
- Manage teams of project managers, coordinators, engineers, and specialists.
- Source temporary staff when needed.
- Provide coaching and support to project teams.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain standardized project documentation (e.g., checklists, mandate documents, project plans, SLA summaries, reporting dashboards).
- Ensure comprehensive documentation for both internal and client-facing reporting.
- Apply project management best practices and governance consistently.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and resource utilization.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through open communication.
- Promote integrity, respect, and collaboration in all engagements.
- Represent Revenue Assurance leadership team effectively.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with utility measurement and tracking devices, and related technologies.
- Client & Sector Understanding – Experience engaging with municipalities and Large Power Users, with insight into their needs and challenges.
- Project & Workstream Management – Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously with strong workflow and organizational skills.
- Collaboration & Communication – Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Problem Solving & Service Orientation – Strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach to resolving challenges.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent 3-year qualification).
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects within the Private Metering Unit industry, with at least 2–3 years in management.
- Strong background working with utility measurement and tracking devices and/or municipalities or Large Power Users.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, build effective governance, and deliver results.
