Key duties include problem resolution, escalating complex matters, and providing feedback on recurring trends to improve service quality. Accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis of retention activities and customer feedback are essential, alongside maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to educate and support clients. Collaboration with customer service, sales, and marketing teams ensures a seamless customer experience, while upselling opportunities are identified to drive additional value and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.3.
