JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
  • The SHE Officer is in charge of the safety, health and environment side of the business in order to achieve target, goal or objectives set out by the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To ensure safety policies and procedures are deployed in all departments are departments peoples are adhering the safety policy & procedure.
  • Knowledge of EHS related statutory norms & ensure for its timely compliances.
  • Understanding & knowledge about, electrical, mechanical, chemical working principals.
  • Conduct various Safety audit i.e. Fire Safety, Chemical Safety, Machine Safety, Electrical safety including infrared thermography.
  • Accident investigation & design full proof safety controls
  • Risk assessment of Man, machine, process, property & environment
  • Conduction of monthly safety audits & safety committee meetings.
  • Training on Fire fighting /First aid/Emergency preparedness/Conduction of Mock Drill to the entire employee.
  • Knowledge of fire protection & detection system & their services& maintenance, can get work from external service agency.
  • Knowledge about making EHS related, Sustainability related MIS
  • Knowledge about ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
  • Make system for better safety control.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION & TRAINING)Degree / Diploma / Graduate in Environmental Health and SafetyIndustrial Safety Certificate from Authorized technical board added advantageWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3-5 YEARS
