- The SHE Officer is in charge of the safety, health and environment side of the business in order to achieve target, goal or objectives set out by the company.
- To ensure safety policies and procedures are deployed in all departments are departments peoples are adhering the safety policy & procedure.
- Knowledge of EHS related statutory norms & ensure for its timely compliances.
- Understanding & knowledge about, electrical, mechanical, chemical working principals.
- Conduct various Safety audit i.e. Fire Safety, Chemical Safety, Machine Safety, Electrical safety including infrared thermography.
- Accident investigation & design full proof safety controls
- Risk assessment of Man, machine, process, property & environment
- Conduction of monthly safety audits & safety committee meetings.
- Training on Fire fighting /First aid/Emergency preparedness/Conduction of Mock Drill to the entire employee.
- Knowledge of fire protection & detection system & their services& maintenance, can get work from external service agency.
- Knowledge about making EHS related, Sustainability related MIS
- Knowledge about ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
- Make system for better safety control.
