Field Sales RepresentativeOur client is looking for 2 driven and self-motivated Field Sales Representatives in Limpopo to promote and sell a range of waterproofing products.Location: Limpopo
Travel and sales activities within the region build and manage your own client base.For the first few months, the role will be 100% office-based. Once the candidate has established a client base, they will have the opportunity to work from home and visit clients as needed.Salary: R15 000 + uncapped commission structure based on performance
Additional: 3% commission on sales to existing clients

Their qualified and experienced team ensures that every product meets high-performance standards, combining the latest technology with practical industry experience to deliver up to 10 years of proven durability.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits, product presentations, and technical support sessions.Identify, engage, and build relationships with retail stores, contractors, and applicators in the region.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company performance goals.Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and sales performance.Represent the brand with professionalism and strong product knowledge.Penetrate the Limpopo market with a high level of cold-calling skills.Competent in using basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, smartphone-based sales applications).Position RequirementsMinimum of 25 years proven sales experience in the building industry or related construction supply environment.Strong knowledge of waterproofing or construction products is an advantage.Proven track record in similar sales roles.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication and negotiation skills.The successful candidates will be based in Limpopo and actively serve the region.Ready to join a dynamic team?
