Gauteng - South AfricaENVIRONMENT:A leading Retailer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to lead the process mapping of its internal systems on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract basis. This critical role focuses on understanding, documenting, and optimising business processes across all functions of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, e-commerce, and retail operations, along with experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations.DUTIES:
- Conduct end-to-end process mapping of ERP and related systems workflows.
- Document current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and validate process flows.
- Develop detailed process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
- Ensure alignment between business operations and system capabilities.
- Provide input into system enhancements and integration opportunities.
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Strong understanding of FMCG, warehouse, ecommerce and retail operations.
- Experience in documenting functional requirements and supporting system implementations is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Be willing to travel nationally to warehouses and retail stores.
