
Sales Team Leader

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development support
- Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Facilitate ongoing training and skills development to enhance team productivity
- Manage daily operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance analysis
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture aligned with company values
- Address and resolve client escalations or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with management to contribute to business growth initiatives and sales planning
- Matric Certificate (compulsory)
- Minimum 3–5 years sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a call centre or financial services environment
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry is strongly preferred
- RE5 certification advantageous
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in English, with additional languages advantageous
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in monitoring and reporting sales metrics and KPIs
