  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development support
  • Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate ongoing training and skills development to enhance team productivity
  • Manage daily operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture aligned with company values
  • Address and resolve client escalations or concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with management to contribute to business growth initiatives and sales planning
  • Matric Certificate (compulsory)
  • Minimum 3–5 years sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a call centre or financial services environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience within the financial services or insurance industry is strongly preferred
  • RE5 certification advantageous
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in English, with additional languages advantageous
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in monitoring and reporting sales metrics and KPIs
