To foster a learning organisation as envisaged by Skills Development legislation, Social and Labour plan commitments, BBBEE/DTI repositioning philosophy and company strategy through facilitated organisational development and talent management processes
To ensure an integrated management between the OD/Talent management function, HRD and the Transformation function
To ensure the development, coordination, and implementation of Organisational development and talent programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives
Talent management
Organisational development and design
Legal compliance
Psychometric assessments
People management
SHERQ governance and compliance in own area of work
Work ethics

Requirements

Honours Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology
A total of 8 years' experience
Management skills
Working knowledge of EEA and skills development legislation
Change Management skills
Experience in MQA reporting and grand claiming
