- Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and H&S teams to align maintenance activities with the factory’s operational goals
- Prepare detailed work scope for each task
- Review completed work orders for quality and completion
- Coordinate procurement to source necessary materials, ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Track and report maintenance KPI’s such as equipment availability, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance backlog
- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance performance,
- Establish targets for maintenance productivity and cost reduction
