They do a lot of Liquidations and Repossessions, Corporate Contracts, Labour Law defending Companies, Commercial Litigation, they assist Pharmaceutical companies, do Intellectual property law, etc. They are seeking a well-experienced Corporate, Commercial and Litigation Attorney who can work well independently and do the work. The firm generates a lot of work so it is not necessary for this person to bring in their own clients, but of course any new business is welcomed.QualificationsLaw Degree. Admitted Attorney.SkillsCandidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans. 5-10+ Post-Admission experience as an Attorney. Confident and capable to run and manage own files and matters from instruction to completion. Corporate/Commercial and Litigation experience required. Exceptional communication skills.
