Market Related Salary (Depending on experience)Our client that is in the Agricultural Sector (Citrus) is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Groblersdal, Limpopo.Minimum Requirement
- Grade 12 and Agricultural qualification
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in similar position
- Experience with staff management
- Experience with the following:
- Manages irrigation programmes
- Manages fertilizer programmes
- Manages pest control programmes
- Manages weed and fungus control programmes
- Estimates harvest per hectar
- Monitors use of and knows how to use farming equipment and machinery
- Supervises all steps of the production process including planting, fertilizing, harvesting and packing
- Supervises, checks and corrects work
- Reads and plans work programmes
- Manages time and attendance
- Own transport and valid Drivers License
- Must be able to speak African language
