One of our clients in the security industry has a permanent vacancy for a Junior Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg. The company specializes in loss prevention guarding which includes security, shrinkage and Health & Safety.As part of the Sales team, you'll be a key part of driving business growth and client management. You will be focused on client relationships and be allowed to grow in a well-structured and rewarding work environment.Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and work on existing leads efficiently.
Complete sales reports on the CRM system (training will be provided).
Meet and exceed sales targets monthly/annually.
Attend meetings with clients.
Client Retention, building a relationship with clients is important.

Job Requirements:

Experience in the security industry will be beneficial.
Diploma/Post-Graduate in Sales will be advantageous.
Previous sales experience in selling guards extremely advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A drivers license is required. Non-negotiable.
Own reliable vehicle.
Professional appearance (no jeans and T-shirts).
Self-motivated, not let down by difficult working environment/failure to close sales.
