Our client in the Property Management industry is currently looking for an Estate Manager, in Fourways, Randburg.Responsibilities:
  • Site Inspections:
  • Conduct regular site inspections as per client SLAs.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues on common property areas.
  • Oversee the condition and functionality of all equipment, fixtures, and firefighting systems.
  • Engage with contractors on quotations and project timelines.
  • Staff and Service Provider Supervision:
  • Ensure body corporate staff and contractors are performing according to agreed schedules and service standards.
  • Address any shortcomings in service delivery timeously.
  • Communication & Reporting:
  • Issue weekly reports to Trustees summarizing estate activities, incidents, and project updates.
  • Draft and distribute notices to owners and residents as needed.
  • Respond to complaints within 24 hours and provide regular updates until resolved.
  • Immediately inform Trustees of any emergencies or urgent issues.
  • Administration:
  • Attend all Trustee meetings; draft and circulate minutes within 5 working days.
  • Maintain accurate resident databases and access control records.
  • Manage document filing, invoicing, and administrative compliance across the estate.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
  • Certificate in Sectional Title Management (e.g., CPMD, Paddocks)
  • Diploma or Degree in Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of estate or property management experience.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Vital: Knowledge of Sectional Title Legislation, conflict management, and problem-solving.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, decision-making, communication, and detail orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Remuneration:
  • Up to R35 000 per month.
