- Guide team development, promote a collaborative atmosphere, and mentor staff for peak performance.
- Maintain consistent brand image across all touchpoints and implement tactics to boost reputation.
- Build partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders to enhance promotional activities.
- Evaluate performance data regularly, generate reports, and refine strategies based on key insights.
- Coordinate events, community initiatives, sponsorships, merchandising, and public relations efforts.
- At least 5 years in marketing roles, with demonstrated success in leading campaigns; prior leadership experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s in marketing, business, or related area is advantageous, with advanced degrees a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as analytics software, social platforms, and marketing systems (e.g., CRM tools).
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and driving decisions.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and excellent organizational talents.
