Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Service Station Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth, profitable operation of the station. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee daily operations of the service station, including fuel operations, kiosk, Debonairs and other services. •Manage, train, and motivate all staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards. •Monitor fuel and stock levels, placing orders as required. •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. •Control expenses, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability. •Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. •Maintain accurate financial records, daily cash-ups, and banking. •Ensure all equipment is well maintained and operational. •Manage Rosters. •Monitor fuel sales, margins, and stock levels, ensuring accurate controls and loss prevention. •Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability. •Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures when required. •Build strong supplier relationships to ensure product availability and quality. •Report weekly and monthly performance results Qualifications and Experience •Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fuel/service station operations. •Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. •Good financial acumen and experience managing budgets. •Work under pressure and problem-solving.
