- Manage, control, and track the distribution of tools, materials, and consumables for national and international teams.
- Oversee the management and distribution of PPE stock.
- Perform internal inspections, track, and coordinate repairs and maintenance for tools, ladders, generators, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular stock counts, manage stock returns, and process stock and equipment requests.
- Coordinate with suppliers for cost comparisons, quotations, and the delivery and collection of goods.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards for the storeroom and vehicle fleet, including documentation and inspections.
- Matric certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in stores, logistics, or warehousing roles.
- Experience in fleet support, basic vehicle inspections, or asset tracking is highly desirable.
- Previous involvement with SHEQ compliance, inventory systems, and tool/asset tracking will be an added advantage.
- A certificate or coursework in logistics, inventory, or fleet administration is advantageous.
