Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all machinery is operating at peak performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
  • Schedule and supervise repairs, installations, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure that critical parts are always available when needed.
  • Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are followed in the maintenance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance activities and costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Computer literacy: Pragma, Oracle, MS Office
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
