- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of sports betting concepts, odds calculation, and market analysis to guide customers through their betting experiences.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including technical support and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sports events, and changes in sportsbook regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the company’s standards of integrity and responsible gaming practices at all times.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the sports betting or gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, including betting markets, odds formats, and betting terminology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
