Maintenance Manager

- :Develop, implement, and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance strategies
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement
- Ensure machinery, systems, and plant infrastructure operate efficiently and safely
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns and technical issues
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and artisans
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
- Degree or equivalent certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience with large-scale machinery and automation systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally between sites
