As the Coordinator of the Academic Support team, you will play a pivotal role in helping students overcome challenges, develop effective study skills, and realize their full potential.Your primary responsibility as the Academic Support Coordinator will be to create and keep up to date engaging material for our students' development. This includes providing exceptional support throughout the completion of our different academic programs, conducting orientation calls, facilitating students' onboarding sessions, and contributing to course creation. Furthermore, you will be expected to grow a larger understanding of the F1 visa application process.We are dedicated to providing relevant education that empowers students to reach their full potential. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Academic Support Coordinator to join our team. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Academia/or Business Development or similar positions - preferably management experienceFluent level of English, Spanish is a valuable plusGreat command of MS Office applicationsKnowledge in CRM softwares such as Salesforce and Hubspot is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBeing a real Team Leader and Hospitalian at heartGraduate from a hospitality school in the market; can relate to students and recent graduates and connect with them.Understands and believes in the value of international experience and education.Humble and respectful; takes the time to listen to others and understand their point of view.Result Driven; focuses on desired results, and sets and achieves challenging goals.Self Driven; motivated to do or achieve better results and quality services because of his/her own enthusiasm or interest.Organized; can efficiently organize his/her time and work and the team.Public Speaking Skills; Not only can he/she deliver the information during the presentation but also engages and interacts with the audience, captures their attention and makes a mark.Role model; Leading by example.Strong interpersonal and communication with a student-focused and empathetic approach.Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of students and the academic community. Responsibilities: Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligentlyBe the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programsDevelop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universitiesOrganize & assist in recruitment fairs and virtual recruitment eventsOffer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programsHost Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiencesAnalyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategiesResponsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basisPossess excellent time management, provide professional customer service at all times, and be able to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities at onceUtilize HubSpot and CRM to track & process candidates efficientlyOrientation CallsStudents On boarding SessionsCourse Creation
