Work Environment & Requirements:

This position is a fully remote role for a US-based company.
This is a support role that interfaces closely with sales, production, and operations.
Occasional extended hours during peak seasons may be required to ensure timely order processing.
Should own a functioning laptop with minimum specs of at least Core i5, 11th Gen and 8GB of RAM.
Should own a functioning phone.
Stable internet connection is required, preferably nothing below 10mb speed.
Should be able to work through load shedding, own UPS would be preferrable.
