- Completed BA or BSc in Business Management or Engineering or Economy
- Post Graduate from an accredited Business School
- A minimum of 6 years' + of experience in a BA role in different industries including blue chip organisations of consulting firms
- Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platforms product suite with advanced Power BI capabilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and flow-charting techniques
- Ability to work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
