- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
- Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate signoff on business requirements specifications.
- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Jira configuration from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Manage testing activities and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate with development teams to implement Jira solutions and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Jira usage.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira - it would be highly advantageous if the candidate is familiar with high-level configuration, customisation, and administration processes within Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
