- Must be a South African citizen by birth.
- Submit a complete application form.
- Must undertake full-time undergraduate studies in a South African university.
- Provide provisional acceptance at an accredited South African university.
- Must hold a matric with an average of 70% in Mathematics and Physics and an average of 60% in English.
- Must obtain a minimum of 65% average or higher if in the first year of tertiary or above.
- May apply if already in first year (upwards), if studying at an accredited South African tertiary institution, and meet all criteria above.
- Step 1: Before applying for a position, please ensure that you meet all the above criteria.
- Step 2: Applicants will be required to submit an application form and submit the following documents, i.e.
- Introduction Cover Letter.
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae.
- South African Identity Document.
- Proof of registration or an acceptance letter from the university.
- A full academic record, including the latest results.
- University Transcript (2nd year plus applicants)
- Supporting documents establishing Financial Need.
- Step 3: Once you’ve registered and applied, we’ll email you confirmation of receipt. Our Bursary Management team will then carefully assess your application and provide you with feedback every step of the way!
