We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant with Payspace and Sage VIP Premier SBCPP payroll experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll systems for clients, ensuring seamless migration, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, payroll legislation knowledge, and the ability to guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of Payspace and VIP Premier SBCPP payroll systems for new and existing clients.Conduct business requirement analysis and translate client needs into system configurations.Configure payroll rules, benefit structures, tax setups, leave policies, and reporting frameworks.Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems.Train and support HR and payroll teams on system usage and best practices.Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure accurate payroll runs.Advise clients on South African payroll legislation and compliance requirements.Deliver post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.Collaborate with internal teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
