The incumbent must have powerful selling skills to add to the existing sales team – they do not want someone who still has to be trained in the art of selling. The culture of the company is relaxed, but with the emphasis on results, and the successful applicant will have an outgoing personality, be confident in a sales environment, enjoy pressure, and thrive on results.Inherent Requirements:
Matric
Sales experience, pref media sales or ’hard core’ sales background i.e. service industry
Must have proof of successful sales history and track record
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Own transport
Stability – NO JOB HOPPING (2+ years at previous jobs)
Good, solid references from previous employers
Character references
Outgoing personality, self confident, goal orientated, team playerThe following would be advantageous:
Formal Sales or Marketing qualification
