- FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher)
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial acumen within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to acquire, manage, and retain high-net-worth clients through tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong financial analysis skills, experience in credit applications, debt restructuring, and compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures, with the ability to make informed decisions, empower individuals, and drive business growth.
