A skilled person is needed to oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facilities.Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.Manage facility maintenance and improvement projects.
Requirements:Qualification in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
