- Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, inventory, and vendor relations
- Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service
- Optimize processes and ensure quality control for seamless operations
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to enhance operational success
- BA degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related
- Certified in Food Safety and Sanitation
- Leadership, Management, and Financial Certifications are advantageous
- Experience with inventory and supply chain systems
