HR Manager (Manufacturing) Montague GardensMy client is a leading manufacturing company and is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring their HR processes support the company’s growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and company policies.
Partner with management to identify and address training and development needs.
Oversee payroll accuracy and HR administration.
Champion workplace health & safety initiatives in collaboration with management.
Manage industrial relations and maintain strong union relationships where applicable.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE Act, and related legislation.
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
