Job SummaryAn established company is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at their Durbanville facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on leader with a strong technical background and team management experience.Responsibilities:

Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Manage, mentor, and lead the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance across all maintenance operations.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate maintenance projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Ensure all maintenance records, logs, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reliability of plant operations.

Requirements:

Red Seal trade qualification (mandatory).
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or hospitality facilities.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a maintenance environment.
