We are looking for a highly professional Account Executive to join our team at the Cape Town branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, working collaboratively with the New Business Representative (NBR) to support newly acquired clients, and working closely with the Customer Service Delivery (CSD) team to ensure effective client management and resolution of queries.This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and service delivery.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management in the logistics, express courier, or related industries.
Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Experience working closely with sales and customer service teams, especially in a cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with the logistics and courier industry is a significant advantage.
